A person's sexual orientation, race, arena rating, etcetera have no bearing on the person behind the name. While this is the intarwebz, there are actual people behind those names. Try and remember that.

Mind you, that doesn't mean you can't go medieval on someone's ass. Just make sure it's warranted and not entirely without use.

Posts should resemble a reasonable approximation of proper English.

Whether that's Queen's English or American English doesn't matter.
